Using the free planner

Matchups and standings are calculated in your browser. Your planner session is saved separately from any order records. Your session inputs, player list and scores are saved in our database so you can return later. A secure essential cookie identifies your browser for up to one year, renewed when you use the planner. This is not an account or a shared workspace. Use first names, initials or nicknames; do not enter sensitive information.

No-account tournaments

Tournament details, entrant names, matches and results are saved in our database. Anyone with the player link can view these details; the optional organiser name is included only in the management view and purchased pack. Tournament pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines, but links can be forwarded. Use first names or team names and avoid personal contact details. A secret management link allows editing without an account. Your browser stores this key locally; the database stores its hash. Keep the management link private and save a copy to return on another device. Clearing browser storage removes your local key but does not delete the tournament. There is no email recovery. Contact the operator for deletion requests; tournaments are not automatically deleted on a promised schedule.

If you start an order

We store the session details you submit, your chosen player names and any optional sex entries used for pairing, an order reference, payment-session reference, the time of your delivery consent, and the seller terms applying to the order. This lets us take payment, supply the personalised kit, prevent duplicate checkout and help with delivery problems. We use a random essential browser cookie to restrict access to your orders; it lasts 31 days. The database stores a hash of that browser identifier.

Your purchased download is available for 30 days. Order details may remain after that period for order support and record keeping; this site does not promise automatic deletion at day 30. Contact the seller to ask about access, correction or deletion. Financial records may need to be retained where required.

Payments and hosting

Stripe processes checkout and holds the payment and billing information you provide there. We do not store your full card details. See Stripe’s privacy information. The site runs on Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes technical request information to serve and secure the website. Hosting access controls may require you to sign in while the site is private.

To limit checkout abuse, we store a hashed rate-limit identifier for a short period. Expired rate-limit records are removed on later checkout activity. These identifiers are not used for marketing.

Analytics and marketing

This version does not add advertising cookies, marketing trackers, mailing-list collection or third-party analytics. We do not send marketing messages from your player list.

Use Reset to clear the saved session and scores. Clearing cookies removes your browser’s access to the saved session but does not delete the database record. Clearing the essential purchase cookie may stop you downloading a purchased order in that browser; keep your files and payment receipt first.
