The free planner

Dink & Mix creates timed pickleball doubles rotations from the session and player details you enter. It does not book courts, collect player payments or balance by ability.

The organiser pack

The paid pack covers one finalised event. Its price is shown before checkout. It is supplied as a personalised PDF containing the dashboard, scores captured at checkout, standings, run sheet, court schedules, player cards, check-in sheet and organiser messages. There is no subscription.

Ordering and delivery

Review the session and player details, accept these terms and request immediate digital delivery. Stripe processes the card payment; we do not receive your full card details. Once payment is verified, the download is available in the purchasing browser for 30 days. Keep the file and receipt.

Cancellation and your rights

Before purchase, you must request immediate supply and acknowledge that the cancellation right ends when digital delivery begins. This does not remove your rights if the content is faulty, not as described or not delivered.

Tournament Organiser

The tournament tool provides free round robin and knockout scheduling, results, standings and read-only sharing without an account. Singles and fixed-team doubles are supported. The optional Professional Tournament Pack is a paid PDF snapshot containing the overview, entrants, schedules, court sheets, match score sheets, results and standings, plus a bracket and winner section for knockout events. The price shown at checkout, delivery terms and 30-day download window above apply. The online tournament remains free. Keep your private management link safe; anyone with it can edit the tournament. Timings are estimates and draws are randomly allocated without ability seeding.

Planning responsibly

The rotation spreads playing time and favours balanced male and female representation where the group allows. Unique or ability-balanced matchups are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for the event, venue arrangements and player safety.
