Tournament Organiser / Guide

From the first draw to the final point.

Run a round robin or knockout from your phone, with no registration needed for you or your players.

1. Choose the format

Round Robin gives every entrant one match against every other entrant. Knockout creates a shuffled draw, with automatic byes when the entrant count is not a power of two. A knockout needs at least four entrants.

2. Add your players

Doubles is selected by default. Enter two names for each fixed team; they stay together throughout the tournament. Choose Singles for one name per entrant. Add rows manually or paste a list using the format shown. Empty inputs use numbered player names.

3. Set the pace

Choose the courts, start time, estimated match duration and changeover break. Select regular or rally scoring, points per game and best of one, three or five. Match times are estimates: games still finish at the chosen target and winning margin.

4. Keep your management link

After creation, copy the private management link somewhere safe. It lets you return on another device without an account. Anyone with this link can edit, so give players the separate read-only tournament link.

5. Run matches and enter results

The overview shows each court’s current and next match. Start a match when its court and players are ready. Enter each game’s final scores and save the result. Standings update automatically; knockout winners move to their next match. Correcting an earlier knockout result clears dependent results after confirmation.

6. Share the action

Players can follow the public link without signing in and filter the schedule to their player or team. Results refresh automatically. Round robin positions use matches won, two-way head-to-head where applicable, point difference and points scored.

7. Take a printable pack

The optional paid PDF includes schedules, court sheets, score sheets, entrants and results, with standings or a knockout bracket. It captures the tournament when you buy it, so finish scoring before purchase if you want the final results included.
